医养结合视角下城市社区医疗服务设施的功能提升及优化配置

THE FUNCTION PROMOTED AND ALLOCATION OPTIMIZED OF URBAN COMMUNITY MEDICAL SERVICE FACILITIES IN THE VIEW OF MEDICAL-PENSION COMBINED

通过对西安市莲湖区典型社区基层医疗服务设施现状、社区老年人对设施使用状态、老年人医养需求的实态调查,分析城市社区医疗服务设施在为老服务方面存在的问题,从提升设施功能、优化设施配置、系统整合方法3个方面阐述社区医疗服务设施的功能提升和优化配置策略,为社区医疗及养老服务设施资源的整合提供思路。

Based on the present situation of the basic medical service facilities in typical community of Lianhu District in Xi'an city, the facilities using status survey of community elderly and the medical-pension needs of the elderly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the urban community medical service facilities for the elderly service, from improving the facilities function, optimizing the facilities layout, Systematically integration method three aspects elaborated the community medical service facility function promotion and the optimized allocation strategy, providing new thoughts for the community medical and the endowment service facility resources integration.
