医养结合型养老设施空间类型与适应性发展探讨——以北京地区为例

DISCUSSION ON SPACE TYPE AND ADAPTABILITY DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL AND NURSING COMBINED FACILITIES:Taking Beijing Area as an Example

在医养结合这一命题下,依据医养结合服务模式的特征对相应的设施空间形态及实际案例进行研究,归纳总结出依托型、融合型2大类4小类设施空间特征。并结合北京地区医疗、养老设施资源的现实要素,针对北京城区与周边区县的空间差异,在规划与设计层面提出适应地区条件的设施发展建议。

Analysis on the realistic factors of medical and nursing facilities resources in Beijing area under the proposition of the combination of doctors and nurses. On the basis of the above, according to the actual situation of the medical support combined facilities in Beijing area, the paper summarized the spatial form of the facilities is studied, and the spatial characteristics of the two types of small and medium-sized facilities. According to the spatial difference of Beijing city and the surrounding counties, and the problems existing in the actual operation of the facilities, suggestions for the development of facilities in the planning and design level are put forward.
