基于地域综合照护的社区适老化研究——以日本柏市丰四季台为例

STUDY ON THE AGED-ORIENTED COMMUNITY BASED ON REGIONAL COMPREHENSIVE CARE:Taking Toyoshikidai in Kashiwa of Japan as an Example

地域综合照护以提供持续护理、实现在宅养老为目标,已成为日本建设养老社区的关键途径与趋势。通过分析该地区的老年人口特点,明确服务内容与需求。在社区规划布局、居住空间层面探讨社区改造的内容与重点。从推进在宅医疗、创造就业机会、便于居住生活3个方面归纳了构筑地域综合照护体系的应对策略,总结出可供我国借鉴的建设经验。

Aimed at providing continuing care and realizing old-age care at home, the regional comprehensive care has become a key approach and trend in building aging community in Japan. Situated in the heart of Kashiwa city, Toyoshikidai with high aging population is a successful case of reconstruction based on regional comprehensive care. By analyzing the characteristics of the elderly population in this area, the service content and demand are clearly defined. Then it discusses the content and emphasis of community innovation in the aspect of layout planning and residential space design. Coping strategies for constructing the regional comprehensive care system are summarized in terms of propelling medical at home, creating employment opportunities as well as facilitating inhabitancy and living. And this paper summarizes the construction experience that can be used for reference in China.
