摘要
针对南北不同的地域环境,从传统文化特征和应对气候变化入手,结合本土固有建筑形态,以多元多目标的"被动技术为主,主动技术为辅"设计方法,提出全天候的养老设计模式和建筑空间设计。并以"荼蘼·院落"(西安)、"安养享阳"(泉州)作品对"文化+气候"进行并行设计,实现养老建筑与自然环境一体化设计,希望对以后的养老建筑设计提供参考。
Through the investigation, it is found that Living-space and Physical-environment of the Old-age building have been the main problem. Starting from traditional culture and coping with climate change, combined with the different regional characteristics of Xi'an and Quan-zhou, the design method of All-Weather pension design and Architectural-space design is put forward based on the design method of multiple target, passive technology and active technology as supplement. And with "Raspberrycourtyard"(Xi'an), " elderly·sun "(Quan-zhou) works on "Culture + Climate" of Concurrent-Design, the implementation of old-age building and natural environment integration design, obtained good professional evaluation. Authors try to provide reference for future design of building for the aged.
