我国现行涉老建筑标准的适用性研究

APPLICABILITY OF CURRENT BUILDING STANDARDS RELATED TO THE AGED IN CHINA

为调查现行涉老建筑标准与当前我国养老项目设计发展需求的适应程度,对4个养老项目的设计过程开展了案例研究。通过分析不同案例、不同设计人员对标准的使用特征及方式,探讨设计过程中影响标准使用状况的因素及标准在使用中出现的问题,从而对标准的适用性进行评述。研究结果表明:现行标准不能适应当前养老项目的多样化建设特征及需求,造成标准使用率较低;标准缺少对设计目标的充分阐述,导致设计人员的使用诉求无法得到满足,并造成对标准的理解和应用存在偏差,影响了标准的有效作用。

For the purpose of investigate the adaptation of current building standards related to the aged and development requirements of aged care building design, four case studies on aged care building projects' design process were carried out. Through analyzing different characteristics and ways of using standards among various cases and designers, factors affecting the use of standards in design process and problems in usage were discussed. Results show that the current standards cannot adapt to the diversified construction characteristics and requirements of recent aged care building projects, and cause low standard usage. Lack of explanation for design objectives of standard requirements causes the unmet using needs of designers and deviation of understanding and application of the standards, thus affects the effectiveness of the standards.
