回顾了2018平昌冬奥组委基于可持续办奥制定的相关发展目标、主题及措施,结合平昌冬奥会竞赛场馆的设计理念与建设历程,重点对其先期设计理念、中期规划建设、远期场馆利用和发展进行阐述,展示其对于可持续目标的设计回应和完成情况,以期对世界范围内冰雪体育建筑的低冲击规划和经济型建设做出可借鉴性指导。

A Review of the sustainable development goals, themes and measures formulated by the Pyeongchang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, this paper focuses on the early plan of the stadiums, medium-term construction and long-term utilization, taking the design concept and construction process into consideration too. It demonstrates how design and construction processes respond to accomplish the sustainable goals, hoping to provide guidance for low-impact planning and economic construction of ice and snow stadiums on a global level.
