摘要
在2022年北京冬奥会对2008年奥运遗产场馆改造再利用实践中,提出冰场场地、训练馆和配套设施、赛时临设等功能提升策略;研究针对改造场馆的制冷剂、热回收、围护结构等绿色节能技术应用策略;探讨智慧冰场改造的基本内涵。研究旨在为今后城市既有场馆向冰上体育功能拓展、产业更新或体育场馆的反复、综合、持久利用提供新的思路。
In the practices of the renovation for the 2022 Winter Games of existing stadiums built for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, this paper advocates for strategies of functional improvement for ice sports fields, training halls and temporary facilities. It studies the applying methods for green energy-saving technologies of coolants, heat reclamation and the building envelope, exploring the fundamental meanings of the intelligent venue for winter games. This paper offers new reference for functional extension of existing stadiums towards winter sports, and repetitive, comprehensive and sustainable utilization of stadiums.
