Summarizing the Design Experience of Care Facilities for the Elderly

基于养老设施设计的实践经验,对近年来设计领域产生的问题进行分析;用图解的形式详细还原设计的推敲优化过程,以养老设施门厅、公共起居厅及老年人居室3个空间为例,给出养老设施空间设计的建议。

Based on the practical experience on the design of care facilities for the elderly, this paper analyzes main problems in design in the recent past. It uses graphical representation to restore the process of design optimization, including the entrance hall, the public living room and bedrooms. Suggestions are provided for spatial design of care facilities for the elderly with summarization and reflections of past design experience.
