Huayao Kitchen: Renovating Kitchens in Rural Houses in Chongmudang Village

以湖南省隆回县虎形山崇木凼村农村住宅自建房中的厨房为主要案例,研究少数民族贫困地区乡村厨房的提质方法,总结了农村厨房的系统更新(采光照明、给水排水、排烟排汽、物料储存、垃圾处理、烹饪)途径;并指出乡村示范案例质量提升、厨房公共性提升对村落发展的重要意义。

Taking the kitchen in the self-built houses in Chongmudang Village in Mt.Huxing of Longhui County, Hunan Province as the primary examples, this paper studies quality improvement of kitchens in the impoverished areas of ethnic minorities. It summarizes methods of systematic regeneration including lighting,water supply and drainage, smoke and steam evacuation,material storage, garbage disposal and cooking, and also advocates for the importance of improving the quality of rural demonstration projects and enhancing publicity of kitchens in rural development.
