及物性理论下《将进酒》英译本对比分析

A comparative analysis of the translations of “Qiang Jinjiu” based on the theory of transitivity

韩礼德的概念功能包括经验功能和逻辑功能,经验功能主要由及物性和语态体现,及物性是表达概念功能的语义系统。文章从及物性角度对唐代诗人李白的《将进酒》三个英译本进行对比分析,分析不同译者过程类型选择的异同,总结及物性角度下中外译者翻译共性及差异,结果显示:国外译者更倾向于忠实原文,造成原诗内涵缺失,国内译者则更注重在翻译过程中传递原诗内涵,但中外译者都可通过对原诗及物性的分析加深对原诗的理解,从而翻译出既忠实于原文又很好传递原诗内涵的译文。

Halliday’s ideational function includes experiential function and logical function.Experiential function is mainly realized by transitivity and voice.Transitivity is a semantic system which is used to express ideational function.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the English translations of Qiang Jinjiu from the perspective of transitivity,which mainly analyzes the similarities and differences in the selection of process types.It attempts to summarize and explain the commonalities and differences of the translations and confirms that transitivity can be applied to the translation of poetry and provide a reference for future poetry translation.
