宜居城市评价体系及规划对策研究——以江阴为例

Research on Evaluatin System and Planning Strategy of Livable City:A Case Study of Jiangyin

通过梳理国内外宜居城市基本内涵与评价指标理论,总结国内外宜居城市建设经验,以江阴为例,针对问题,结合需求,确定宜居城市评价因子,并对评价体系权重确值,评估江阴城市宜居水平,提出完善生态绿网、构建公交和慢行优先的交通体系、传承文化打造特色城区、营造一镇一品的精致城镇和建设美丽乡村等宜居城市规划对策。

Through aranging the theories of basic intension and valuation index of livable city and summarizing the practice experience on livable city home and abroad, this paper takes Jiangyin as a case study, which pointing at the problems and demands at present situation, sets up the analytic indexes of livable city, confirms the weight of analytic evaluation indexes and evaluates the livable level of Jiangyin. Through this procedure, the paper proposes livable city planning strategies which including to improve ecological green network, develop public and slow transportation oriented trafic system, make characteristic urban area for culture continuity, build exquisite town with unique feature and construct beautiful countryside ect.
