传统元素承载着传统文化千年的意涵,将传统元素运用于现代家具设计,既可传承传统又可将其精神与功能相结合,使家具推陈出新。本文从现代家具设计个案中,分析其应用传统元素的设计创新,根据对传统元素采取的复制、变形、组合、简化等手法,归纳出现代家具设计应用传统元素的创意模式,分别为:1.造型传承2.特征取用3.分解重组4.质感变化5.寓意转化。

According to the used of traditional design elements as reproduction, modiifcations, combinations, simplify and exploring the transmission of cultural meaning, three modules were find in modern furniture design: form folows, character select, decomposition and restructuring, texture replacement, conversion of metaphor.
