基于中间技术的保障性住宅可变多适性设计方法

Design pointing on Variable adaptability of Indemnificatory Housing——Based on Intermediate technology

近年来我国建设了大量小套型保障性住宅。为了适应住户的多样化需求和未来升级改造的需要,保障性住宅套型设计中应结合目前条件,发展中间技术实现有限的可变多适性设计。套型内以居室空间为主,餐厨空间融合,卫浴设施采用简单的技术措施实现可调节;套间组合宜采用简单统一的通廊形式。此外公共部分还应留有升级改造空间。

Nowadays plenty of Indemnificatory Houses in smal Huxing have been build in China. For variable needs of the users and the adaptability for future upgrade, the house type of Indemnificatory Housing should base on the existing condition, develop and use the Intermediate technology to achieve variable adaptability. The inside of the apartment design may focus on the living room, leaving kitchen and dinning room mix the rest area, moreover, toilet and bathroom can be adapted with simple technical facilities, and the entire apartment spatial ar angement can be organized with gal ery. The public sector should also leave feasibility for future adaptability.
