试论中西方新城规建设的差异与分析

Discussion and Analysis on the Differences about Chinese and Western New Town Planning

中西方新城规划建设,总体上相类似。由于中西方历史背景,新城发展所处的历史时期,文化社会制度等各方面的差异,中西方在新城建设上还是反映出不同。本文试图对中西方新城的异同进行分析,并着重分析了中西方政治制度上的差异对新城建设的影响。

Although there are the similarity among Chinese and western new town planning and development as a whole, Chinese and the western new towns stil reflect some differences in new town development, because of the dif erences of Chinese and western historical backgrounds, the historical period on new town development, and social cultures, etc. This paper at empts to summarize the dif erences between Chinese and western new towns, and further more analyzes the dif erences between Chinese and western political system's influence on the new town construction.
