景区小镇有异于传统工业化驱动的城镇形态,是指城镇经济发展依赖或受制于旅游资源的小型城镇,其发展模式在新型城镇化背景下具有较大的借鉴意义。本文主要对莫干山景区小镇的镇区特征及其发展转型策略进行研究,通过论述莫干山镇"洋家乐"发展模式的竞合优势,探讨景区小镇如何实现由服务型向自主发展型的转变,从中总结出对同类型的景区小镇有益的规划经验,实现景区小镇由被动服务型向自主发展型的转变。

Scenic town is different from the form of industrialized town, its economic deeply rely on tourist resources. under the background of the new urbanization its development model is popular. The article mainly study to the characteristics and development strategy of scenic town, through discussing the competitive advantages of “yangjiale” model, explore how to make the transition from the service to the independent development.Then summarized beneficial planning experience.
