我国绿色建筑标识项目的整体特征分析

绿色建筑评价体系是规范和引导我国绿色建筑发展具有重要作用。研究绿色建筑标识认定项目的整体特征分析,有助于积累经验、指导实践,从而推动绿色建筑的持续健康发展。本文对从2008年到2013年底,共1446个绿色建筑项目,从数量、星级、地区分布、建筑类型、申报单位、气候区、增量成本几方面特征情况,分析我国绿色建筑标识项目的整体特征。期望归纳出对今后的绿色建筑评价体系的发展有积极意义的分析成果,从而为更好的完善绿色建筑评价体系献出一份力量。

Green building assessment system is standardized and plays an important role in guiding the development of green building in china.Analysis of the overall characteristics of green building labeling identifiedprojects, contribute to the accumulation of experience, to guide the practice, so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of green building. This paper from 2008 to the end of 2013, a total of 1446 green building projects, from quantity, star, regional distribution, building type, reporting units, several aspects of incremental cost climate zone,characteristics, analysis of the overall feature identification project of green building in china. Aims to generalize the analysis results are of positive significance to the development of green building assessment system in the future, so as to contribute to better improve the greenbuilding assessment system.
