南京民国建筑适应性改造设计方法初探

A preliminary study on adaptive reconstruction design methods for nanjing buildings in the period of the Republic of China

民国历史遗存是南京整体城市形象的重要组成部分,但随着时间的推移,民国建筑日益出现物质性老化、功能性衰退、结构性衰退等问题,原本的建筑功能难以适应城市功能发展的需求。民国建筑改造是对民国建筑的保护利用手段中,比修缮更进一步、更具有明确使用目和时代特征的做法。首先需要对民国建筑的价值从经济、技术和使用三方面进行了评估,随后在此基础上展开适应性改造设计,从空间、结构、表皮三个方面分析了民国建筑改造设计的策略,并进一步探讨了其中的矛盾与制约。

As one of the most important part of the image of Nanjing city, buildings in the period of the Republic of China startet to become ageing and unsuitable for the new function. How to reconstruct them is a more positive way than just repairation. So, we first need to assess them through economy way, technical way and using way, and then start to reconstruction design. We forward some strategiesin the way of spacement, structure and building skin, and then propose the internal constraint.
