大数据时代城中村改造的规划技术路线初探 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国城乡一体化建设步伐的加快及土地资源的紧缺,增量建设转向存量挖潜,城中村改造逐渐成为政府工作的重要内容。但是受限于传统规划依据的片面性、滞后性和模糊性,传统城中村改造规划具有一定的局限性。我国进入大数据时代,相较于传统规划依据与方法,大数据为改造规划提供了全面、丰富的基础数据,带来了先进的数据处理技术,为实现公共利益提供了便捷有效的公众参与途径。与此同时,大数据对改造规划方法的革新也提出相应的要求。作为响应,应当建立辅助城中村改造规划编制的数据监控系统,并基于此,推动规划任务的产生、进行与完成,最终达到促进城市健康发展的目的。 As the development of urban-rural integration speeding up and land resource decreasing, incremental planning is changing into stock land planning, and urban vil age renovation has become a major task for local governments. But due to traditional gist’s defects such as one-sidedness, hysteresis and fuzzification, the traditional urban vil age reconstruction planning has certain limitations. In the age of big data, unlike traditional one, the generous data provides al-sided and abundant basic data and advanced data processing technique for reconstruction planning, as wel as convenient available methods of public participation for achieving equal public profit. However, big data makes new requests about planning methods revolution while of ering a powerful technical support. As a response, the data monitoring system should be built up to make the reconstruction mission done from propos ion to accomplishment. Then cities wil develop healthier.
