地域性差异与社区养老环境建设策略浅析——对武汉与沈阳社区现状调研的比较

Analysis of Regional Differences and Community Endowment Environment Construction Strategies——Compare the Researching of Community Present Situation in Wuhan and Shenyang

南北方因地理环境、风俗文化的显著差异,人们的生活状态不同,因而对社区养老环境的要求也具有地域性特征。本文以武汉和沈阳两座老龄化典型城市的调查为蓝本,结合问卷访谈,比较武汉与沈阳的社区养老环境现状,对南北方因气候等地域性差异造成的老年人行为习惯、需求特点进行对比研究,统计数据分析,并针对南北方地域性差异,从绿化空间配置、住宅空间设计和休闲设施设计三方面提出社区养老环境建设策略分析。

Due to significant differences in geography, customs and culture, people's state of life in North and South are different, thus the require of community care environment also has regional characteristics. Take Wuhan and Shenyang two typical aging urban investigate as the sample, combined questionnaire interviews, compare community care environment present situation in Wuhan and Shenyang, contrastive study elderly behavior habits and demand characteristics that due to regional differences in climate and other differences, analysis statistical data and against regional differences, from three aspects that green spatial arrangement, residential space design and leisure facilities design to propose strategy analysis for community care environment.
