时间与空间知觉理论下的特色小镇街区尺度研究——以贺兰山东麓葡萄酒特色小镇为例

A Study on the Block Size of Characteristic Towns under the Theory of Time and Space Perception——Taking the Wine Characteristic Town at the Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain as an Example

随着特色小镇建设持续升温,如何在"千城一面"的小镇中创造特色和空间活力成为问题导向。在快速城市化的进程中,除了产业、文化底蕴方面的支持,小镇的空间形态、街区尺度同样重要。街区尺度的合理性影响着空间的布局,进而影响人类的亲切感和归属感。文章以银川市贺兰山东麓葡萄酒特色小镇为例,基于"时间与空间知觉"理论,试图通过对街区尺度进行研究。基于调研数据,分析了游客对"街区尺度"的心理空间认知。在此基础上,提出了对于街区尺度的优化策略,探讨人性化适宜尺度的街区形态及设施布局的设计对策。

As the construction of characteristic towns continues to heat up, how to create characteristics and spatial vitality in the 'one side of a thousand cities' town has become the problem orientation. The expression has the question, what creates the vitality? In the process of rapid urbanization, apart from the support of industry and cultural deposits, the spatial form and block size of small towns are equally important. The rationality of block size influences the spatial layout, and then affects the human affinity and sense of belonging. This paper takes the wine characteristic town at the eastern foot of helan mountain in yinchuan city as an example. Based on the theory of 'time and space perception', this paper attempts to analyze tourists’ psychological spatial cognition of 'block size' by studying block size and based on survey data. On this basis, the optimization strategy of block size is proposed, and the design countermeasures of humanized and appropriate block size and facility layout are discussed.
