Designing Measure of Stair Space in Small Independent Houses——A Case Study of Atelier Bow-wow Studio Works

独立住宅的场地及需求各异,大多会有不同层高的出现,因此梯是必要的空间组成部分。文章以日本犬吠工作室的数个小型独立住宅作品为例,从梯空间的整体转化、局部异规以及属性附加三个方面探讨小型独立住宅中梯空间的功能复合。

The sites and demand of independent houses are many and various, most of them will have different floors. In fact, 'stair space' is often a very important space component. Taking several independent residential works of Atelier Bow-wow Studio in Japan as examples, this paper explores the designing methods of stair space, aiming at summarizing the reasonable existing mode of stair space in independent houses.
