上海与纽约城市核心区域周边建筑外部空间形态比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Exterior Spatial Form of Buildings around the Core Areas of Shanghai and New York

城市核心区域是城市的"客厅"和"门脸",代表着城市的文化和形象。城市核心区域周边的建筑外部形态所组成的空间又是该核心区域的重要构成要素。文章选取中国上海和美国纽约这两个国际化大都市中具有代表性的核心区域人民广场和中央公园为研究对象,通过这两者的发展历程、核心区域的空间形态以及周边建筑外部空间形态的比较,概括出两种不同城市核心区域周边建筑外部空间形态的特征,以期对大城市的同类建设提供借鉴。

The core area, which is the living room and facade of the city, represents urban culture and image. The space composed of the surrounding buildings’ exterior form of the city core area is an important component of these areas. People Square and Central Park are selected as the research object, due they are typical core areas of two international metropolises, Shanghai and New York. By compared with their development process, the spatial form and the external spatial form of the surrounding buildings, the results indicate the characteristics of the external spatial form of the surrounding buildings in two different core areas, which will hopefully promote the analogous construction of the big cities.
