乡村振兴背景下乡村地区腾退企业用地的二次开发利用研究——以绍兴市柯桥区为例

Research on the Second Exploitation and Utilization of Vacated Enterprise Land in Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Take Keqiao District of Shaoxing as an Example

受区域产业重组和产业提升改造的影响,浙江省乡村地区大量腾退企业用地的二次开发利用成为一个重要命题。文章以绍兴市柯桥区大量村庄的调研数据为基础,分析了乡村地区腾退企业用地二次开发存在的困境。同时结合乡村振兴内涵和要求,提出了产业重构、配套完善、空间重塑、环境修复以及文化再生的二次开发路径,以期助力乡村的发展和振兴,实现经济、环境和人文的协调发展。

Influenced by regional industrial restructuring and upgrading, the utilization of vacated enterprise land in rural areas of Zhejiang Province has become an important proposition. Based on the survey data of a large number of villages in Keqiao District of Shaoxing City, this paper analyzes the predicament of the utilization of vacated enterprise land in rural areas. Combined with the connotation and requirements of rural revitalization, the paper puts forward the development path of the vacated enterprise land. The development path includes industrial restructuring, supporting perfection, space remodeling, environmental restoration and cultural regeneration, in order to promote the development and revitalization of the countryside and realize the coordinated development of economy, environment and humanities.
