康养旅游开发的适宜性分析——以普达阳光小镇为例

Suitability Analysis of the Development of Health Tourism——Take Puda Sunshine Town as an Example

康养旅游指以健康养生为目的的旅游,目前正呈现蓬勃发展的态势,前景广阔。但目前市场上常有打着康养旅游的旗号,却不能实现康养价值的现象,因此分析项目基地是否适合开发康养旅游是现阶段需要认真思考和研究的,以便发挥康养旅游业的最大优势。因此文章以攀枝花普达阳光小镇为例,通过政策、基地条件、市场需求三个大背景分析基地开发康养旅游的适宜性,再利用AHP(层次分析法)对基地的康养旅游资源的开发价值进行系统评价,用数据说话,综合判断基地是否符合康养旅游开发,并达到哪个标准,为后续规划建设提供支持。

Health tourism refers to the tourism aiming at health preservation, which is developing rapidly at present. However, the development of tourism in the market can not realize the value of health tourism. Therefore, it is necessary to seriously consider and study whether the project is suitable for the development of recreational tourism in order to give the greatest advantages of recreational tourism. Therefore, this paper takes Panzhihua Puda Sunshine Town as an example to analyze the suitability of developing recreational tourism through three levels of policy, base conditions and market demand, and then use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate the development value of recreational resources of the base, to comprehensively judge whether the base meets the development of recreational tourism, and which criteria are met to support the follow-up planning.
