我国提出建设生态文明,坚持绿色发展等理念,对城乡生态人居工程提出指引。建设滨水绿道是绿色发展的良好实践,但在总体规划层面,需以系统整合的思维,跳出规划本身进行顶层思考。文章将从我国"大力推进生态文明建设"的发展诉求入手,进一步解读绿道的新内涵,提出绿道建设的新思路,并以天府绿道锦江绿轴为例进行探索和介绍。

China proposes to build an ecological civilization and insist on green development, which provides guidance for Urban-Rural Habitat Scroll Development. Building waterfront greenway is a good practice for green development. And master planning should be based on system integration thinking. This article will take Jinjiang Greenway as an Example, starting from the development appeal of China’s 'promoting the construction of ecological civilization', taking an in-depth look at the new connotation of the greenway, and proposing the new ideas of greenway construction.
