摘要
针对拉萨地区典型附加阳光间式民居,通过分析传统民居空间演变过程分析了其空间设计规律。选取了对附加阳光间设计紧密相关的空间要素:建筑朝向、窗墙比、客厅开间与进深组合、建筑层高、附加阳光间进深。对上述空间设计要素采用正交实验、结合建筑能耗模拟技术开展民居节能优化研究。研究发现了多因素在交互作用下对建筑能耗的影响,并获得了最利于建筑节能的因素组合以及各因素影响建筑能耗的主次排序。
According to the typical additional sunlight type residential buildings in Lhasa, the spatial design rules are analyzed by analyzing the spatial evolution process. The space elements that are closely related to the design of additional sunlight are: the orientation of buildings, the ratio of windows to walls, the opening of living rooms and the combination of depth, the depth of building floors and the addition of sunlight. The orthogonal design and building energy consumption simulation technology are used to optimize the space design elements. The study found the influence of multi factors on building energy consumption under interaction, and obtained the combination of factors which are most conducive to building energy conservation and the main order of the influence of various factors on building energy consumption.
