摘要 目的研究有机菌肥对丹皮间作玉米时土壤成分、丹皮产量、玉米产量及丹皮中叶绿素、皮酚含量的影响。方法试验设8个处理,分别1 000 kg/666.7 m^2、2 000 kg/666.7m^2、3 000 kg/666.7m^2、4 000 kg/666.7m^2、5 000 kg/666.7m^2、6 000 kg/666.7m^2不腐熟肥,处理七为2 000 kg/666.7m^2腐熟肥,处理八为对照组(不施肥)。每个处理设6个重复,面积为5 m^2。结果丹皮与玉米共生时期,处理四土壤中的氮、磷、钾含量一直处于较高水平。结果显示,丹皮产量为0.27 kg、玉米产量为24 kg、丹皮中叶绿素含量为62.9、丹皮酚含量为1.742%超过《中国药典》1.2%的要求。结论 4 000 kg/666.7 m^2有机菌肥适宜丹皮间作玉米时对土壤的处理。 Objective To measure the soil constituents,yield of Cortex,yield of corn and chlorophyll and phenol in Cortex of intercropped corn.Methods The experiment consists of 8 treatments,respectively 1 000 kg/666.7 m^2,2 000 kg/666.7 m^2,3 000 kg/666.7 m^2,4 000 kg/666.7 m^2,5 000 kg/666.7 m^2,6 000 kg/666.7 m^2 non-fertilized fertilizer,treatment of seven for 2 000 kg/666.7 m^2 decomposed fertilizer,and treatment for eight is the control group(not Fertilization).Each treatment consists of 6 replicates with an area of 5 m^2.Results During the symbiosis between Cortex and corn,the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents in the four soils are always higher.The results of the measurement show that the yield of Cortex is 0.27 kg,the yield of corn is 24 kg,the chlorophyll content of paeonol is 62.9,and the paeonol content is 1.742%exceeding the requirement of 1.2%of the pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The fourth treatment is suitable for intercropping of Cortex corn.
