响应面法优化溪黄草的挥发油提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的确定溪黄草挥发油提取的最佳工艺条件。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,在单因素试验的基础上,利用中心组合(Box-Behnken)设计原理和响应面分析法,确定了溪黄草挥发油提取的最佳工艺条件。结果溪黄草挥发油提取的最佳工艺条件为浸泡时间1.734 h,提取时间4.263 h,加水量9.205倍,在最优条件下溪黄草挥发油提取得率最高为0.368%。结论响应面法优化提取工艺的实测值与预测值吻合度好,挥发油提取效果最佳,数据结果比较准确可靠,可用于溪黄草挥发油的提取。 Objective To confirm the optimum extraction conditions of volatile oil from Rabdosin serra(Maxim.)Hara.Methods The volatile oil from Rabdosin serra(Maxim.)Hara is extracted by steam distillation.The optimum extraction conditions of volatile oil are determined by using Box-Behnken design principle and response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment.Results The optimum extraction conditions are soaking time 1.734 h,extraction time 4.263 h and water addition 9.205 times.Under the optimum conditions,the extraction yield of volatile oil is 0.368%.Conclusion The measured and predicted values of the response surface extraction process are in good agreement.The extraction effect of volatile oil is the best.The data results are accurate and reliable,and can be used for the extraction of volatile oil from Rabdosin serra(Maxim.)Hara.
