加味地黄汤治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压的疗效及对血脂影响

Effect of Jiawei Dihuang Decoction on Hypertension of Yin Deficiency and Impotence and its Effect on Blood Lipid

目的探讨加味地黄汤对于高血压阴虚阳亢证的临床效果。方法 54例确诊为高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者,随机分成两组。观察两组治疗前后的血压、中医证候、血脂变化。结果治疗后,在血压控制方面,治疗组总有效率为92.59%,高于85.19%的对照组。在中医证候方面,两组治疗后证候均优于之前(P <0.01),且治疗组进行治疗后症状表现优于另一组(P <0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组在TC上差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论加味地黄汤对于常规西药治疗的高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者有较好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Dihuang Decoction on yin deficiency and impotence syndrome of hypertension.Methods 54 patients diagnosed with hypertension and yin deficiency and impotence syndrome are randomly divided into two groups.The blood pressure,TCM syndrome and blood lipid changes before and after treatment are observed.Results After treatment,in the blood pressure control,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.59%,which is higher than the control group of 85.19%.In the TCM syndrome,the syndromes of the two groups are better than the previous ones(P<0.01),and the symptoms of the treatment group are better than the other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there is a statistically significant difference in the TC between the treatment groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Dihuang Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on patients with hypertension,yin deficiency and impotence syndrome treated by conventional western medicine.
