摘要
蛋白分子间与分子内作用力都与蛋白活动密切相关。原子力显微技术已被广泛用于测定蛋白分子间的作用力及稳定蛋白结构的分子内作用力 ,并由此获得了大量关于蛋白质结构与功能的信息。原子力显微镜已经成为研究蛋白分子相互作用及蛋白质机械性质的一个重要工具。本文就有关文献进行综述。
Both intermolecular and intramolecular forces are closely related to protein behavior.The use of atomic force microscopy (AFM) has provided much information concerning protein structure and function by measuring the intermolecular and intramolecular forces,which indicates that AFM is an important tool for measuring the interactions between proteins and the mechanical properties of proteins.This review focuses on the use of AFM to probe interaction forces between proteins and the intramolecular interaction forces that stabilize their structures.
