摘要
噬菌体展示肽库技术是研究蛋白质分子进化的理想工具。从选择合适的蛋白骨架入手 ,构建在此结构基础上的构象型肽库 ,结合高通量大规模的筛选技术 ,可以方便地获得具有新功能的蛋白质。这些新功能蛋白因具有高亲和力和高特异性 。
Phage display technology is an ideal approach to the study on the protein evolution. With the suitable parental protein used as scaffold,the random peptide library can be constructed and novel protein ligand to the desired target can be obtained by the powerful selection techniques. Such binding proteins have the potential to replace natural antibodies in various biotechnological applications.
