前列腺癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展

Progress in research into tumor markers for prostate cancer

摘要 前列腺癌肿瘤标志物不仅与前列腺癌早期诊断有关 ,而且在检测前列腺癌的发生、发展与转移 ,监测治疗效果以及判断预后等方面均具有较大价值。由于血液标本容易获得 ,收集方法简单 ,外周血前列腺癌肿瘤标志物的研究已受到越来越多的关注。 Tumor markers for prostate cancer are not only useful to the early detection of prostate cancer, but also of high clinical value in the determination of the tumor growth, development, metastasis, follow_up of treatment result and prediction of prognosis. Because of easy availability and simple collection of blood sample, much of current studies were focused on various serum markers for prostate cancer detection and diagnosis. In this article, the progress in research into tumor markers for prostate cancer is reviewed according to the data published recent years.
