Nramp genes of plants and their relation with metal-ions transportation

摘要 概述了植物Nramp基因家族及其序列结构分析;在金属离子转运方面的作用机制;表达调控及亚细胞定位;与植物乙烯信号转导途径的核心组分EIN2基因之间的关系等;对今后的研究重点和应用也做了展望。 In this paper, we summarized Nrarnp gene families of plants and their sequence analysis. The mechanism of Nramp genes in metal-ions transportation; expression and subcellular localization; the relation between Nramp genes and EIN2 gene-a critical component of ethylene signal transduction process are also been discussed. Prospect of the future studies and applications is also been pointed out.
