摘要
选育出了新的菌种K6,并以K6为菌源 ,利用柠檬酸生产过程中的主要副产物菌渣和中和滤液 (废糖水 )为原料生产蛋白饲料 ,经处理后的废糖水完全达到了治污排放标准。
New bacterial strain K6 was cultured for citric acid fermentation. Mycelium and filtrate, the main by-products were used to produce protein forage. The waste syrup after treatment could reach the related discharging standards.
