富硒姬松茸液体培养条件的研究

STUDIES ON LIQUID CULTURE CONDITIONS OF SE-ACCUMULATING AGARICUS BLAZEI

采用液体摇瓶培养法 ,对姬松茸 (Agaricusblazei)富硒培养条件进行初步研究 ,结果表明 :富硒姬松茸液体培养的最佳培养基配方为玉米粉 30 g/L ,葡萄糖 2 0g/L ,硫酸铵 2 g/L ,酵母膏 3g/L ,KH2 PO4 2 g/L ,MgSO4 ·7H2 O 1 g/L ,维生素B11 0 0mg/L ;采用 1mg/L亚硒酸钠驯化菌种 ,2 5 0mL三角瓶装量 80mL ,pH7,80r/min、培养 1 2d为最佳的培养条件 ,在此条件下姬松茸菌丝生物量、菌丝硒含量和富硒率分别达到了 1 8 6 g/L ,5 5 32 μg/g和 5 1 4 %。

The conditions of Se accumulating Agaricus blazei in submerged culture with shake flask were studied in this paper, experimental results showed that the composition of the cultural medium was as follow: corn starch 30g/L,glucose 20g/L,(NH 4) 2SO 4 2g/L, yeast extract 3g/L, KH 2PO 4 2g/L, MgSO 4·7H 2O 1g/L and VB 1 100mg/L,that strains domesticated in slant with 1mg/L Se, 250mL conical bottle contained with 80mL liquid cultural medium, pH 7 , 80r/min and 12 days of cultural period were the optimum cultural conditions,and that on such conditions , dry weight of the mycelium reached 18 6g/L,Se accumulated in the mycelium reached 55 32μg/g and Se accumulation rate reached 5 14%
