摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,中国纺织企业为了适用市场环境的变化必须进行经营方式的转变,与这种转变相适应,纺织企业应在人力资源管理思想、原则、机制等方面进行创新。
With the advent of knowledge economy era,textile enterprises in China have to change the from of management so as to conform to the varieties of market environment.In order to adapt the change,textile enterprises should bring forth new ideas in thought,principle and organization of managing human resources.
