介绍了一种应用在国产针梳机上的新型半环型横向多喷嘴均布的和毛油喷头及与其相适应的完善的组合系统。与传统的近似沐浴喷头式的喷加方法相比 ,它的优点是半环型的喷头固定在梳箱前的集毛托板上 ,喷头上横向均布的喷嘴形成一个近似集毛托板上毛网宽的横向雾带 ,既保证均加又不损耗和毛油 ,配以耐腐型玻璃转子流量计 ,保证了工艺技术要求的加量恒定均匀的最佳效果。再配以完善的组合系统 ,机台表面整洁、工人操作方便、维修方便 。

This acticle introduces a new semi-ring wool oil sprayer and its connective system.This sprayer has applied for the Patent of National patent Bureau.Comparing to the traditional shower-like spraying,it has advantages as following:Semi-ring sprayer is fixed over sliver supporting plate in front of head.Spouts which are located transversely and regularly on sprayer can form a mist-like band that is as wide as sliver on the supporting plate.The sprayer can not only assure wool oil is sprayed evenly and efficiently but also meet the requirements of processing with a corrosion resisting tachometer.The whole system can achieve perfect results of easy operating、cleanness and convenient maintenace.
