摘要
基于优化理论,运用非线性寻优及最小费用最大流法,提出一种在多约束条件下的变电站站址分层优化方法,它能够在给出优化站址的同时,实现电网网架的最优.对河南某县2005年新建变电站站址选取的算例分析表明,该方法是可行的.
A layered optimal strategy for multiconstrained substation positioning is proposed by nonlinear optimization and the method of maximal flows at lowest costs,which can not only optimize substation position but also the network structure in the sense of economyThe method is applied into the practical substation planning of one county in He′nan province in 2005,the results verify the feasibility of the strategy put forword.
