摘要
研究了大孔吸附树脂提取罗汉果皂甙的方法,包括树脂的筛选、罗汉果皂甙溶液的浓度、pH和盐离子浓度对吸附过程的影响及解吸剂的选择,确定了适宜的吸附和解吸条件。
The extraction of triterpene g lucoside from Siraitia g rosvenorii by adsorption with macroporous resin was investig ated.The macroporous resin AB-8was chosen as the adsorbent.The effects of pH,concentration of salt in triterpene g lucoside solution and eluent on desorption were studied.This method was used to separate successfully triterpene g lucoside from Siraitia g rosvenorii on a laboratory -scale and was found to g ive satisfactory results.
