摘要
将膜处理技术合理应用到果胶生产中,可以降低生产过程的能耗,降低对果胶胶凝度没有贡献的杂质含量,提高果胶产品质量,并能以较低成本除去盐酸等对后处理工序不利的成分,而使果胶提取液可以通过直接干燥获得高品质的成品果胶,从而大幅度降低果胶的生产成本。
Appropriate use of membrane separation technolog y in the pectin production processes can lower energ y consumption,decrease content of impurities that have little to do with g elling properties of pectin and thus improve pectin products quality.Especially by separating HCl and other constituents that are harmful to downstream processes,the pectin solution can be dried directly to obtain hig h quality pectin products.
