论制度化机制及其缺陷的价值补偿

On the Institutionalization System and the Value Compensation for Its Defects

社会的制度化结构和精神价值系统对于社会控制都具有重要作用 ,但由于二者在内在价值取向、系统设置依据等方面的区别 ,使它们具有了不同的特点和不同的运作方式。所以从方法论层面上讲 ,我们必须放弃严格“同构”的传统思路 ,使它们融入一个相对分立的张力构架。要克服制度化结构的“原生缺陷” ,单纯在技术层面上寻求弥补方法是没有出路的 ,只有在承认二者“形式异构”的前提下 ,充分发挥精神价值系统的补偿功能 ,才能最终实现社会生活的动态平衡。

The social institutionalization structure and the spiritual value system play an important role in social control, but they have different characteristics and operating methods due to their differences in the inner value selection and basis of systematic installment. In the view of methodology, this paper holds that we must abandon the traditional thinking of strict co structure and incorporate them to a relatively divided swelling structure. To overcome the original disadvantages of the institutionalization structure, it is useless only to pursue for the technological measures. Therefore, only through acknowledging the preconditions of 'different structures and forms' between them and vitalizing the compensatory functions of spiritual value system, can we finally realize the dynamic balance of social life.
