钢铁中Si、Mn、Cr、Ni、Mo、W、V、Ti和Co的X射线荧光光谱分析

摘要 本文叙述了选用不同种类的一组钢铁标样,样品是块状,应用伽马校正程序,用西门子SRS300型X射线荧光光谱仪测定钢铁中Si、Mn、Cr、Ni、Mo、W、Y、Ti、Co等元素的XRF方法。这种方法可用一组标样分析多种钢样,方法简便、实用。分析结果与化学法相吻合。 An X-ray fluorescence method for the determination of Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, W, V, Ti and Co in steel by the SIEMENS SRS300 Model XRF spectrome- ter is described. A series of steel reference samples are prepared by select- ing from steel standard samples of different kinds. The caked sample were used and the matrix correction was performed by Gamma-Routine. The method with only a set of reference samples was used for determina- tion of multi-kind steel samples. The analytical practice shows that this mathod is simple and practical. The precision of the method can be compared with that of Chemical analysis, and the results are satisfactory.
