我国西部地区农业产业化龙头企业发展面临的挑战与对策

Challenges Confronted by Leading Enterprise Development in Agricultural Industrialization and Countermeasures in Western Region in China

在知识经济时代和加入WTO后,西部地区农业产业化龙头企业面临着严峻的挑战,主要有观念挑战、管理挑战、科技挑战、人才挑战和资金挑战。要取得迎战胜利,需要西部地区的农业产业化龙头企业和政府的共同努力。西部地区的农业产业化龙头企业努力的侧重点是:以正确的态度迎接挑战,通过组织学习加强自身修炼,通过企业再造提高农业产业龙头企业的竞争力。政府努力的侧重点是通过建立优惠的财税政策、吸引人才政策,严格的质量监控体系和环境污染监控体系,加快小城镇建设等来促进西部农业产业化龙头企业的发展。

At a time of knowledge economy and after entering WTO, agricultural industrialization leading enterprise development is confronted with many severe challenges in terms of idea,management,science and technology,talents as well as capitals in west region of China.Agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and government must make joint efforts.Leading enterprises must lay particular emphasis on meeting any challenges in right way, strengthening its training through group study and raising enterprise competitive capability through enterprise-engineering.The Chinese government must lay particular emphasis on promoting development of the western agricultural industrialization leading enterprises through property tax policy,qualified personnel policy,quality control system,environment pollution control system,quickening the tempo of small town construction,and so on.
