摘要
由于Uddeholm标准图谱评定热疲劳程度尚不够完善 ,无法精确地评定热疲劳裂纹的级别 ,因此编制了一套计算机图像分析软件 ,对热疲劳裂纹进行定量分析 ,并完善了热疲劳损伤因子 ,用它定量地分析了进口 840 7和国产 4Cr5MoSiV1热作模具钢的热疲劳性能 ,揭示了热模钢的热疲劳性能的变化规律 。
It was difficulty to evaluate the degree of thermal fatigue accurately,because the Uddeholm heat checking scale for thermal fatigue evaluation was not perfect enough.So a relevant software was worked out to analysis quantitatively the thermal fatigue cracks for improving the thermal fatigue damage parameter.The thermal fatigue behavior of imported 8407 steel and domestic 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel were quantitatively analyzed by this software,and different thermal fatigue properties of the two steels were unveiled.The method of computer aided evaluation for thermal fatigue crack has been achieved.[
