摘要  介绍了力学探针的工作原理 ,并通过对不同应力状态下弹簧钢力学性能和TiN硬质薄膜力学性能的测量实例 。 The basic principles of the mechanical microprobe were introduced.The great advantage and application potential of the mechanical microprobe for the evaluation to the mechanical properties of selected area in materials were showed by the mechanical property measurements employed in spring steels and hard TiN films under different stress conditions[
