摘要
以普通四辊轧机为例 ,研究了张力的设定值与板形之间的关系 ,得出了在保持压下率不变的前提下 ,增大平均张力 ,相当于增加一个正弯辊力 ,有利于治理边浪 。
The relationship between tension setting value and shape was studied by taking a general four high mill for example.A conclusion was obtained that on keeping the constant depression ratio premise,the increase of even tension was equivalent to the increase of a positive bend roll force,which was in favor of treating the side wave,while decreasing tension could administer middle wave[
