本文研究了乙醇对ICP激发温度、气体温度、电子数密度以及易电离元素基体效应的影响,讨论了“有机ICP”的局部热平衡特性及扩张效应。
The effects of ethanol on Ar ICP excitation characteristics have been studied. (1) The excitation temperature, T_(exe)(H), derived from higher level Fe(I) lines, and the electron number density decreases steadily with the increase of the ethanol concentration in solution from 0 to 95% (V/V) while the gas temperature and the excitation temperature, T_(exe)(L), derived from lower level Fe(I) lines, are much less affected. (2) The decrease of the electron number density produces a less plasma current and hence a less pinch pressure, which results in the expansion effect of an 'organic ICP', along with a larger radial diffusion of analyte species in the plasma. (3) For a ethanol solution, the matrices of Na and K enhance the intensity ratio of an atomic line to anionic line and the content of the enhancement increases with the ethanol and matrix concentrations.
