摘要
本文采用模糊评价方法 ,基于润滑油现场检验法的检验结果 ,建立了润滑油性能的综合评价数学模型。本方法以粘度、水分、滤纸斑点、酸值和总碱值为评价指标体系 ,建立了其权重集和评价标准。结果表明 ,本方法作为润滑油性能的综合评价方法 ,具有一定的科学性和合理性 ,其可操作性和可移值性强 ,同时对按质换油具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, based on the test results of field test methods of lubricant, the fuzzy evaluation model of lubricant performances is presented. The weighting function and evaluation standard are set up, which take viscosity, moisture, filter paper spot, acid number and total basicity number as the target system. The results show that the evaluation method for lubricant performance is scientific and reasonable. The evaluating method is provided for the lubricant changing by the quality.
