摘要
振动筛具有振动幅度大 ,负荷重等特点 ,其运行状态的好坏 ,将直接影响到生产线的正常运行。本文通过利用光谱和铁谱分析技术对某炼铁厂的 3#振动筛进行状态监测 ,指出该振动筛发振器轴承在短时间内即发生疲劳失效的原因在于轴承的选型不合理 ,该结论得到了设计方的认可 ,并最终更换了新型号轴承 ,取得了良好的实际效果。
The main characters of vibrating sizer are large range of vibration and heavy load. Its condition will affect the normal running of the whole production line. By using emission spectrometer and ferrography to monitor the condition of No.3 vibrating sizer in an ironworks, such a conclusion was drawn that the reason of the fatigue failure of the bearing in the sizer was the wrong selection of the model of bearing, which was endorsed by the designer. A new model of bearing was redesigned and the effect of application was provided.
