摘要
在提铁降硅技术指标要求下 ,对弓长岭矿山公司选矿厂二选车间细筛下精矿进行了阴离子反浮选和阳离子反浮选试验研究 ,并对两种方案进行了对比 ,确定采用阳离子反浮选方案进行工业生产。结果表明 ,工艺流程顺行 ,指标稳定可靠 ,最终精矿TFe品位达到 69.89%。
According to the technical requirements for iron-increasing and silicon-reduction, the tests of anionic reverse flotation and cationic reverse flotation were carried out using fine screen concentrates of No.2 workshop of the concentration plant of Gongchangling Mining Corp. By comparing the two schemes, the cationic reverse flotation scheme is adopted in industrial production. The results showed that this scheme was characterzed by smooth process flowsheet and stable and reliable results and final concentate grade was up 69.89%.
